With an emphasis on fresh, organic, and humanely raised products, Executive Chef Bobby Benjamin has created a diverse menu that offers items specifically created to compliment our selection of eclectic wines and expertly crafted beers, some of which are available in our specially crafted flights.
We firmly believe that a clean and fresh palate is paramount to the enjoyment of your dining experience. Accordingly, Flyte is a non-smoking restaurant and bar. However, guests may smoke on our patio. Also, to preserve our carefully designed ambience, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during their visit. We have provided a cell-phone booth near the host desk for your privacy and convenience.
