Flyte's wine list is eclectic, high-value, geographically varied, and comprised of many different (and some unusual) varietals.

We search for wines that are not price-hiked due to fame, brand or rating. Consequently, all of our wine list selections are worth what you pay for them... if not more.  We also don't inflate our prices more than is necessary to cover our operational costs and taxes. We'd rather have a loyal customer than an extra buck.

The bottles will rotate very frequently, so any wine will probably only hang around for a few months unless our customers request otherwise.
